Running and Flowers Madrid with The Run Club Retiro

That's how good our next meet-up sounds. We're meeting at 09:00AM at Lumea Blooms to stretch our legs on an easy 8 km route through Retiro Park, running or walking.

To celebrate our anniversary, we’ve teamed up with The Run Club Retiro to get their best running tips.

📋 The Plan
There will be two teams:
- Team Running 🏃 Route: 8 km at an easy pace (5:45 min/km) through El Retiro.
- Team Walking 🚶 Route: 2–3 km on foot through El Retiro.

The best part? The post-run. When we finish, we head back to the flower shop to refuel with great coffee and a very special handmade gift for every participant. ☕💐
