Returns and cancellations policy – Lumea Blooms

At Lumea Blooms we work with living products and personalised experiences. Because of what we offer, our policy varies by product type to protect quality and freshness.

1. Fresh flowers and plants (perishable goods)

Under Article 103(d) of Spain's General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.

  • Cut flowers: As a highly perishable product, returns are not accepted once the order has been delivered in good condition.

  • Plants: Living organisms. Claims are only accepted if the plant shows clear disease or structural damage on receipt.

  • Delivery issues: If the product arrives damaged in transit or does not match what was ordered, contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos at info@lumeablooms.com. After review we will replace the product or refund the amount.

2. Floral workshops (leisure services)

Workshops require advance planning and fresh materials bought specifically for each attendee.

  • Cancellation by the customer:

    • More than 7 calendar days before: 100% refund or a voucher for another workshop.

    • Between 7 days and 48 hours before: voucher for the workshop value to use on a future date. No cash refund.

    • Less than 48 hours or no-show: no refund or voucher, as materials are purchased and the place cannot be reassigned.

  • Cancellation by Lumea Blooms: If we must cancel due to force majeure or minimum attendance, we offer an alternative date or a full immediate refund.

3. Fresh flower subscriptions

  • Delivery management: You may pause or change your next delivery date with at least 3 business days notice.

  • Cancellation: Subscriptions without a minimum term may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation applies from the next billing cycle if requested before the current order goes into preparation (at least 3 days before delivery).

  • Quality: If a subscription delivery does not meet Lumea Blooms quality standards, that delivery will be replaced at no extra cost.

4. Refunds

When a refund is due, it will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
