Our Digital Atelier is powered by an AI specializing in floral design. Simply tell it the occasion, your preferred style, or your budget (you can even upload an inspiration photo!). The assistant will design a unique, custom proposal for you in real time. Once you're happy with it, you can add it to your cart, and we'll bring it to life with fresh flowers in our workshop in the Ibiza neighborhood.
At Lumea Blooms, we work with the freshest, highest-quality flowers to guarantee their longevity. Once you confirm the design at our Atelier, we review it and handcraft your bouquet. We then deliver it to its destination within 24 to 48 hours within the Community of Madrid and selected areas, such as Recoletos, Castellana, El Viso, Almagro, and Jerónimos.
The Atelier serves as a guide for floral design, volume, and color palette. Working with natural and seasonal elements, our master florists will select the flowers you've chosen and strive to fully replicate your design. They always use the freshest and most perfect blooms of the day that best suit the essence, tones, and budget of the design you created with the AI, guaranteeing a premium and exclusive finish. In the event of stock shortages or if the bouquet changes completely, we will contact the client in advance.
Absolutely! The Atelier is designed to anticipate your special moments. At the end of the design process and before proceeding to payment, you can select the exact date you'd like your bouquet delivered, ensuring your romantic surprise, birthday celebration, or new baby announcement arrives at the perfect time.
Yes, our service primarily covers central Madrid and its most iconic neighborhoods (such as Salamanca, Chamberí, Retiro, Justicia, and El Viso), as well as surrounding residential areas (Pozuelo de Alarcón and La Moraleja, among others). Entering your postal code before payment will allow the system to confirm immediate availability.
Shipping is a fundamental part of our quality promise. All our bouquets travel in specially conditioned vehicles and are protected in exclusive Lumea Blooms designer boxes. Furthermore, the stem bases are wrapped to prevent damage during transit and ensure the flowers look pristine when the package is opened.
A bouquet is truly incomplete without your words. Just before finalizing your purchase, you can add the text you'd like to include. We'll write it on an elegant card, which will be delivered with the bouquet in complete confidence.
If the recipient isn't at the address provided, the courier will attempt to contact them by phone to arrange an alternative delivery (with a neighbor, at a concierge desk, or a second scheduled delivery). Our goal is to minimize the time the flowers spend in transit to ensure their optimal freshness.
